TerraTick is a daily world trivia game for Android and iOS, made by Le Huy Technology Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH công nghệ Lê Huy). It has no advertising and no in-app purchases, and it contains no advertising SDK. This page explains what the game keeps about you and why.

What we collect

• An installation identifier. The app creates it on first launch and keeps it on your device. It is not a hardware or advertising identifier. It is sent with each request so we can give your device a session.
• An account, created without any personal details. You need no name, email address or password to play.
• Optionally, a Google or Apple sign-in. If you link one, we check it with Google or Apple and keep only the provider and an opaque identifier. We do not keep your name or email address. Results you played before signing in move to the signed-in account.
• Gameplay data. Your answers, scores, streaks, the days you played, your language and time zone, so the Daily, Timed runs, matches, leaderboards and reminders work. The questions you answered wrong are kept for Practice until you answer them right (at most 200 per language, for 60 days). Your answers also give you a rating (overall, per topic and in 1v1 matches) that chooses questions near your level.
• A push notification token, only if you turn notifications on. It is stored encrypted and used only for the notifications you chose, such as a reminder at 20:00 your time on a day you have not played the Daily. We also keep whether the app's own reminder is on, so you do not get two.
• Your network address, briefly. When a new account is created without signing in, we count requests from your network address for one hour to stop automated sign-ups. The address is not stored with your account.
• Crash and error reports, only when something goes wrong. Request headers, cookies and query strings are removed before a report is sent, so reports do not contain your session.
• Reports you send. An optional note of up to 500 characters when you report a question or a leaderboard entry. Our team reviews every report. A leaderboard result found to be unfair is taken off the leaderboards; it stays with your other results and you can keep playing.

What we do not collect

No advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, location or browsing history. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Other players

In leaderboards, 1-v-1 matches and parties, other players see only an alias made from your account. They never see your account identifier, your sign-in or any personal details. There is no chat. A player left waiting for a 1-v-1 opponent may play a computer opponent, always shown as a bot; those matches are not ranked.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings, Delete local and server data. Turning notifications off removes your push token straight away.

Children

TerraTick is made for players of all ages. Playing needs no name, email address, age or other personal details; there is no chat, no advertising and no purchases, and other players see only an alias. The identifiers above are used only to run the game. A parent who wants a child's data removed can use Settings, Delete local and server data on the child's device, or write to us.
